Nick is a media composer from the UK based in Latvia. His music is diverse but maintains a strong emphasis on story and character based thematic writing. It incorporates modern methods in harmony, synthesis and sound design and draws from his many years of experience as a professional musician.

A versatile writer, Nick approaches each project with a fresh outlook and excitement to seek new ideas. His work on Bingo utilised contemporary horror elements with traditional and hybrid orchestral writing while in Being Within he made use of string quartet, additional instruments and synths and rich, noire-esque harmony.

For the film, A View of the World from Fifth Avenue, Nick collaborated with the artist King Charles, co creating 2 poignant acoustic songs that featured prominently on the soundtrack.

Bingo went on to receive the laurels Best Comedy at the Horsham Film Festival, Finalist at Earls Court International Film Festival and Honourable Mention at Lit Laughs International Comedy Film Festival.

Nick transitioned into composing following a fulfilling career as a session musician. He toured with SG Lewis, performing notably on the Jimmy Fallon Show, and with King Charles, supporting Mumford and Sons at wembley arena and The Rolling Stones at hyde park.

Nick now works out of his studio in Latvia, where he lives with his wife. He enjoys creating experimental videos for his experiments with sound, working with local artists and occasionally performing his own music.
